The Yoga Series embody a hearty blend of traditional Hatha with some Vinyasa Flow, Alignment & Study, Pranayama & Mantra.

Our general focus is energetically creating support for the spine while sitting, standing & moving.

The de-stress series will stretch, tone and rejuvenate the whole body through Hatha Flow movement. It will also include an extended dose of deeper relaxation practices.  A little more time and space will be given to stress-reducing pranayama (breathing techniques), calming guided meditation and restorative poses.  It is appropriate or can be modified for any level of fitness.

We offer 6-week series, on Monday & Wednesday’s at 4:30 in the Extreme Group Room.  Mats/blocks/Straps provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own.
