 Class Descriptions:

EFI Burn – EFI Burn is a trainer lead combination of cardio and endurance body weight exercises.  It is designed to get the heart pumping and the blood flowing as we switch up between intervals and high rep full body movements.

EFI Strength – EFI Strength is trainer led and uses a combination of body weight and weighted exercises for a full body focus.  Each person works at their own level.  We focus on form and technique progressing individually to find each persons potential.

EFI Roots: Lifting 101 – What better way to start lifting than with the roots.  The roots at EFI are those that have been revered for years as the major lifts.  Trainer lead, we work on deadlifts, squats, rows, bench press, and overhead press.  Starting with just the motions and working up from there.  Once the basic 5 are mastered, you can test up to more intensive and powerful moves including but not limited to cleans, jerks, and then some.

EFI Boxing Basics+ – Starting from how to stand, where to hold your hands, and going all the way to full rounds.  We use a combination of speed mitts, muay thai pads, kicking shields, and heavy bags to get a good full body workout in.  No better lunch time pick-me-up than to punch some stuff!  Gear is provided though we recommend bringing your own if you have.  Wraps and gloves are available for purchase.

EFI Boxing – EFI Boxing is a place to come for all levels that want to work drills, form, focus, and have a good time doing so.  Class is based in boxing, but mashed up with elements of Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and a few other Martial Arts.  The combination is designed to work up a sweat while targeting the whole body.  We work with all levels, so come on in and hit some stuff with us! Wraps and gloves are available for purchase.

Zumba! – Pretty much the most awesome workout ever.  Dance to great music, with great people, and burn a ton of calories without even realizing it.  A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.

Yoga*We run 6 week, 2 classes per week yoga series.  These classes require a minimum commitment to run.  Please contact us for more information and to get on the list for the next series.  *Additional cost does apply
