We offer training packages in 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions, online booking, preregistration, e-mail appointment reminders, full locker rooms with towel service/showers/sauna/etc., and conveniently located downtown Bellevue within walking distance of Bell Square. Additionally, we have small group training classes to get a more private experience without the price of a private session.
We validate parking (reduced rate of $1 per hour).

I am a Personal Trainer, Small Group Instructor, Obsticle Course Specialist (AROO!), Small Business Owner, and a light hearted spirit. I believe that fitness has to fit into your life and it’s my goal to help find a way to make that happen. But, if you just want me to kick your ass, I can do that too. I have been in the industry since 2005. Within that time span, I have worked with clients across the board. From competitive athletes to weekend warriors to those looking to maintain or improve their daily fitness levels. Greg – email@example.com – discovered his passion for one-on-one sports in high school where he wrestled for three years on the Baton Rouge High School team. In college, he stayed active in the sport by coaching high school wrestling. In 2005, he started practicing martial arts under Kru Delbert Bunn with several years of Muay Thai kickboxing and traditional US boxing under boxing Coach Che Lopez. In 2009, he began coaching beginners in Muay Thai kickboxing, boxing, and jujitsu at Team Eastside MMA. In addition to coaching boxing at Extreme Fitness, he currently practices Brazilian jujitsu (BJJ) at elite BJJ in Factoria. Greg loves to coach and learn, and takes pride when his students do the same. Just don’t make him mad and everything will be good! In mid 2016, Greg received his 4th level Poo Choi Kru certification under Ajarn Suchart and the Thai government.
Pamela – firstname.lastname@example.org – Pamela has been dancing almost her entire life. She is trained in ballet, jazz, and hip hop and has enjoyed Zumba for over 10 years. She is also certified in Turbo Kick and Hip Hop Hustle and has been a Beachbody coach for 2 years. While Pam is not dancing, she is an elementary teacher in Monroe. She also enjoys running 5Ks, the occasional half-marathon, boxing, cheering Seattle sports, and playing with her 5 year old daughter.

Each person has their own personalized workout designed to help you reach your goals in both a safe and enjoyable manner. I work with all ages, sport specific, pre and post pregnancy, injury rehab and general fitness. I have a long history in sports and know how to train for an active, and fun lifestyle. Whether you have no experience or plenty I am confident I can help get you to the next level.
